- Typical ride 1.5-2 hrs mixing jungle trail and a beachfront stretch; sunset slots sell out first
- Hotel pickup from Playa del Carmen included on most tour SKUs; Punta Venado adds all-day beach-club access
- Kids 6+ ride their own horse; double-riding for smaller kids on some ranches
- Helmets provided; weight limits ~100-110 kg typical
- Snacks + drinks after ride on the Paradise tour; some combos add ATV or cenote
- Departures Mon-Sat ~9:30am, 12pm, 3pm
